We do our best to provide measurements and high-quality photographs due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a mistake on our part. This policy applies to in-stock items and custom orders.
If the item is damaged in shipment, we will either offer an agreed-upon replacement if possible or process a refund.

Shipping - Frequently Asked Questions
When will my item ship?
In-stock items ship 1 to 3 business days once payment has been received. Custom orders may require extra build time. A projected shipping date will be determined once order details are finalized.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
How do you ship photographs?
Photographs 16x20 and larger drop ship from a professional photo lab usually within 2 to 3 business days. If additional lab time is required (which occasionally happens during the holidays), you will be notified via email.
Photographs 13x19 and smaller are printed and shipped by me. They're encased in protective sheets and shipped in hardbacked envelopes or suitable boxes to prevent damage.
How do you ship cutting boards, kitchen goods, etc.?
Cutting boards and other small shippable items are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and padded for secure travel to your doorstep.
Do you deliver tables?
Yes. We will deliver tables to your home if you live within 200 miles of Dallas. We charge $0.75 per mile based on the distance from zip code 75228. We require pre-payment for the item and fee before delivery. Currently we schedule deliveries on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.
We offer local pick up at my family's business, McClelland Gun Shop, at 1533 Centerville Rd., Dallas, TX 75228, during regular business hours. Please let us know when you plan to arrive so the item is ready for pick up.
Please note all in-state purchases will incur 8.25% sales tax. Only appropriate wholesale exceptions apply.
Do you ship tables?
At present, we do ship some small side tables, but do not ship large coffee tables or sofa tables. If you would like to arrange delivery by a white glove company of your choosing that will pick up the item unpackaged, please contact us.
Payments are securely processed using Stripe. The only information we receive is your billing/shipping address for shipment, and an email address to forward tracking information.
